Our
privately-owned company was founded in 1984 when the present owner
acquired TRICO Electric Supply. From the beginning, we
wanted to set in motion a distinctive atmosphere that would set us
apart from the competition so we made a bold decision, we changed the
name to "Customer
Service
Electric
Supply." At that time we knew that living up to that name
would
not be easy, but now, many years later, we feel that the effort
has been successful.
In order
to differentiate ourselves, Customer Service Electric built a
reputation based on unmatched service, quality products, and technical
support. All of this was cemented in a
desire to be more than just another
electrical product supplier.
We
urge you to evaluate
our capabilities; we want
to
help you with the issues no one else does. We can support
your standard application needs too, but we excel in problem solving
and support.
We do our best to be different from anyone else. A friendly
place
where
everyone pitches
in to help. All of us work together
to support every customer that walks in the door or calls on the
phone, or faxes an inquiry, or e-mails a request.
The owner,
general manager, sales staff, office staff, and warehouse staff all
contribute to
customer support with a "whatever it takes" attitude.
We have grown rapidly over the years into a solid multi-million dollar
business. We have also grown our warehouse space from 10,000
to over 96,000,
and now have over 200 major suppliers, and over 30,000
electrical
and control products to choose from (Please
see our line
card).
We presently utilize two facilities in order to fully support our
customers. Our central office / warehouse is located at 1612
North 6th Avenue. We also have a very large
warehouse facility located at 1801 Magnolia Avenue.
Our Magnolia location gives us the ability to stage large
"pre-billed" orders, and
provide flexible customer-oriented deliveries based on the exact
daily
needs of the job site!
